Parables of the Kingdom

Last week's Gospel, along with today's are beautiful - and my appreciation has deepened, thanks to Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. I love teaching about the parables of the Kingdom. How the children just stare and study the mustard seeds...well, the only word I can think of is reverent. They just sit with a seed or two in the palm of their hands, waiting for the magnifier and just ponder.

I encourage everyone to reread these Gospel readings and just sit with the parables.
